We require two working days to process and package your order. This means orders are dispatched from Melbourne on the second working day after an order is processed. However, we can often fast track urgent orders, so please contact us toll free on 1800 811 755 if you have special requirements.

The following estimated delivery times are based on the date your order is received. We cannot guarantee that deliveries will be within these estimates and we always recommend Express Post where delivery is required within a short timeframe.

Registered Post

Express Post

Australia Post guarantee overnight delivery to the metro areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and some regional centres. However, we recommend you allow three days after ordering for delivery.

International Post

Air mail is the standard service provided by Australia Post and they claim reliable delivery within 3 to 10 working days (we need a further 2 days to prepare the order). Insurance is included to provide tracking and signed delivery.

Express Courier International is a priority air service with delivery in 2 to 4 work days (allow an extra 2 days for order processing). Tracking is provided and a signature on delivery is required.

The international postage rates given are for typical orders of a few newspapers. If you are ordering a larger amount we will contact you and make special arrangements.

Packaging

Each order is wrapped, a taxation invoice/receipt attached, and sent out in a sturdy cardboard box.
